OK. I have followed the instructions from Clarks Garage which is similar to those found on Paragon Products, and I cant get the tbar assembly to move. One of the issues I have is the bolt that is circled in red below won't come out because the banana arm is in the way - any ideas? Also where the hell am I supposed to pry on the assembly. Can't find a good spot to put a pry bar to get it to do anything besides nudge it a bit.

One other thing - do I need to loosen up anything on the small assembly that is circled in blue in the attched photo?
