Default tps stripped screw head

WTF 86 951

Trying to replace the TPS. Bottom screw (you know the pain in the *** screw) has its philips heads stripped. Now how do I get the thing out. It's hard to get tools in that little space down there.

Any suggestions

HELP !!!!!!!

Done that. Needle nose vice grips. You can get a new screw at Ace Hardware.

It's not that much harder to remove the 4 allen heads that hold the whole throttle body on. Once on the bench you should be able to get it out.

Stephen, how did you manage a 4" intake? I am haing troubles getting the 2.75 inlet not to run into the alternator connector etc, I have angled everything up so it kind of clears, but not great... I have had to cut the rubber top section off the plug in the top of the alternator case.

It's an SFR piece 3" on the turbo inlet side and it grows to what I think is 4" over on the filter side. It fits like a glove.
