I'm a longtime Rennlist lurker, but this thread has brought me out of the woodwork. Joe, this is an awesome thing you're doing!!! I was wondering what "brushed" looks like. Is it similar to the intake manifold? Or is there a color that is?

Can you place a BOV on the pipes? Also, what types of colors? And pics of how the colors look like?

Can you confirm you got my order? Also, if you are thinking of making new MAP intake pipes to relocate the filter behind the light, I will be in for a 3" version with no holes or ports in it. Should just be a 3" bent pipe to the right length and degree bend.

I got it Jason. I have entered all of the orders I have recieved into a spreadsheet, and production will begin this week. I will try to get the first sets out the week after this coming one. I'll keep everyone posted.

 

Boostguy, I am getting huge compressor surge, so I have had to rethink my boost control. I have sent you an email with the change in config. Two small pipes (4mm ID) welded onto the turbo to IC pipe for the WG and solenoid feed, and on the IC to TB, I have decided on a Tial 50mm BOV, so a fitting to mount that would be sweet. PS I dont know if thats the size of the outlet of the valve or what... All else stays the same, no ISV or oil separator ports etc. Cheers, sorry for the hassle! ALSO... I will need a banjo bolt fitting now on the turbo pipe for boost control, instead from the manifold... I am sorry for the hassles!

BoostGuy, Is this a one time deal or will you be manufacturing these for a while? As you can see from my sig., I don't even have chips yet and IC pipes are not the highest priority but likely to be on the short list in the future. I am sure there are other lurkers who are also curious to know as well. Thanks.

Bump - boostguy, not to bug you, I'm sure you're busy, but since I had trouble with the first email, I wasn't sure if I should wait for your email confirmation that I should sent paypal or if the post here was your confirmation to send paypal. I hate to be a pain in the butt, I just don't want to miss out! Your product gets me giddy, what can I say! =)

 

His post was not confirmation to send paypal, just informational. I heard back from him during a break he was taking from manufacturing and he will be sending out notices when the pipes are completed. As far as your email to him, best of luck.
