Jim,
I think that your bystander was pretty close - my lap times got progressively worse over the 2 days as my Hoosiers lost their life (I started the weekend on their 9th heat cycle).
I turned my 1:44s during my second & third session on Saturday; from my last session on Saturday through the end of the day on Sunday I couldn't break 1:46 again which was frustrating.
For my second to last session my lap times were 1:46 - 1:50 (my HotLaps only caught 5 laps).
For my last session my lap times were 1:47-1:51 (6 laps recorded).

Hey guys, I just caught this thread. If you guys think Rick's car looks great in these pics, you have no idea how good it looks in person. I would say it is built up to perfection. It's too bad I never crossed paths with its driver, just his car in the paddock.
I'm in for getting together some weekend. I would like to see what you guys are doing for suspension. I am stock outside of my sways and I am thinking about either Yellows all around or entry level Ledas .
I know Rick, Sam and I are on the Northside, how about you Mike?

Guys,
How about we meet on a weeknight? Weekends are nuts for my with kid's baseball games, church, etc...
Here's an idea - how about Wednesday, May 5 at a somewhere on the North or Northwest side of town? Say we meet around 5:30 or 6:00...have a beer or two...trade car stories and have some dinner somewhere?
If that sounds do-able I'll locate a place and also post the time/date/location in a new thread to see if anyone else wants to show up.
Cheers,
Rick

Cinco de Mayo was worth a try.
Let's do this...Mike, Max & Sam - send me a PM with any evenings between now & 5/16 that you can't hook up; I'll take what you give me and select a night.
Take care,
Rick

Dave,
I love the belts - couldn't be happier; their lock mechanism is very secure & yet easy to release. The straps are a bit more flexible than Sabelts (I had Sabelts previously) but not as soft as something like a Simpson.
I highly recommend them and would suggest you contact either Steve Weiner or HMS Motorsports to order a set.
Good luck,
Rick
