Default Sticky throttle at idle

My throttle sticks at about a 1500RPM idle whenever I ease off the gas pedal (say, as I coast to a red light). If I "blip" the pedal quickly, I can bring the idle back to normal. This started happening near the end of last year's driving season, and I became re-acquainted with it as I dusted off my 951 this spring.

I haven't started looking around yet, but was wondering if there was a common problem I should focus on?

Maybe a sticky cable? or adjustment is needed. If not, check your throtle position sensor (black unit at the end of the throttle cable)

The pedal itself has a couple retaining clips holding it to the pivioting bar, it maybe the case that a clip has come off and the bar is getting caught on a funny angle making it stick there... I have had that happen a couple of times.

sounds like your throddle body fly flap is close to far you need to set you throddle set screw so the flap doesn't close as far then adjust your air bypass screw on top of your throddle body.
