What is this part(s)
#3
Thank you. I'm trying to help a friend on his nightmare. He's had a shop install a boatload of performance stuff including a Standalone and has a idle issue which sounds to me,no expert, as the ICV since it shows the same symptoms as mine did. The items you identified are still there but no longer have any vacuum lines attached which is Greek to me. Any possible correlation to idle issues?

I can't speak to the standalone system as that's way beyond my areas of knowledge, but if you've got an idle issue a vacuum leak is always a good place to check. I've heard of people bypassing the fuel vapor stuff in some of their setups; I still have mine because half of my lines weren't connected or incorrectly connected, so I opted to reconnect everything to make sure it all worked properly before I tried removing everything.
I'd check to make sure that the lines that *were* supposed to go to those components are either plugged into new locations or capped off so the remaining vacuum system retains integrity. If I'm reading original diagrams right, the plastic diaphragm normally goes to the thermo valve under the intake manifold, while the metal vent control valve goes to the banjo bolt connection on the intake manifold itself and to the J-boot (so three lines total):
