Congrats and enjoy for many miles in the best of health!
Looking forward to admiring it in person at CnC (or maybe on line for gas at Costco)

One thing I’d recommend, outside of the fuel lines you mentioned, is the engine electrical. Those wires are old with a tendency to fail, at best, and new replacements are available. Electrical fires are a thing.

I could have saved myself a whole lot of headache, and a few tow bills by replacing all of the engine electrical wires off the bat. Lindsey Racing has various options for this. Also look to the headlight wiring, which can easily be upgraded, and will help avoid potential electrical fire issues.

as far as the power steering, some convert to manual steering as the 944 power steering is known to be leaky. I converted my own power rack to manual and haven’t regretted it. This also frees up some space under the hood, and makes maintenance easier.

Congrats! When your replacing the fuel lines definitely replace the fuel damper line if it's original. A bit pricey but worth every penny!

Car recently had timing belt, balance shaft stuff, water pump, belts, brakes, fluids, new clutch and a bunch of other critical stuff done. Will have the full list to share later.

First things first and just the start:

1. New Fuel lines
2. New gas struts for hood and rear hatch
3. New Tires: Yokohama Advans in 245-45 / 225-50 in 16” “Not many tire choices in this size!”
4. Dash has some cracks so a new “Dash Coverlay” is in order. These work ok? saw a few videos.
5. New Passenger Dash Trim
6. Power Steering Hose
7. All new wiper blades

Then the car will go in for a full windows out stripped down re-paint of the original Alpine White. Phone Dials refinished to original, new emblems, lenses, interior hatch carpet, badge etc…Much more to come including Stage “?” Not sure yet any advice appreciated…Lindsey Racing Turbo, Gauges, Exhaust etc…. Stay tuned…..
