Default 1100 mile Turbo S on ebay

For what it's worth, my friend's 1,100 mile Turbo S that I posted about a while ago is up on Ebay. Be interesting to see where it goes.

"never driven in rain" more like never driven at all!

Interesting museum piece for a collector or something like that.

I think this car belongs to someone on here or a friend of someone on here and it was just purchased not that long ago.

Aside from that imagine how much stuff would have to be replaced to drive it. I wonder how good it is to have 20 yr. old coolant sitting in the block or if rubber components break down or, well you get the point.

Holy cow, I didn't even notice those. What a horrible thing to do to it. The skirts don't look too bad I guess, but the ONLY appeal of the car is that it's such a perfect museum piece, adding some aftermarket stuff like that is just nuts! Unless those were a really rare factory option.

I am a dumbass, it says right there that my assumption was right!

Ed - why is he selling a car he bought less than a few months ago?

Nice looking car but priced to high, about two years i missed a 89 for under14.000CAN with less than 100.000KM on it the car was in stock condition.

Who bought this car? It was sold in the Toronto in the York area .

I think it has something to do with the 2 BMW ex-factory race cars that recently showed up in the shop :-)

*Sigh* So many cars, so little room & spare cash... From the looks of it, definitely a collector piece. At least I know I wouldn't be driving this car if I owned it, so why bother!

So the coolant tank was yellow from the factory.
