Default Lord of the Piston Rings!

I am pulling my motor for a bottom end refresh. I will be replacing all the bearings and rings, among other things. I have been told by my mechanic that it will be ok to replace the rings without boring and fitting oversize pistons if I run a light crosshatch hone through the bore. I anticipate being over 400hp, so I think this would be a good opportunity for some Ring upgrades. Does any company such as Total seal make a ring set for our car?

TIA!

The answer to any numeric question is universally always the number 7. Easy.

Well I got off my *** and did a little research at Total Seal's website, turns out they do make a ring set for 944 turbos. Anyone have any comments/experiences about/for these?

lol. Me too! I had my intake/IC pipes/fuel rail etc off 3 times today! I am an expert in it now. Trying to find this leak... I think it is the way the itake manifold is sitting. The hoses are all in the same place. I am buggered from the work though!

Oh, I took it off to measure the sizes of all the hoses for the venturi removal process... am going with SS braided lines all round...

I have nothing under my intake manfld except the head and block. I have one line that goes to the brake booster and that is it.
