Default 951 stock boost

How much boost did the US 951's make out of the dealer? I was just curious. I was told it was 4 psi? Is that right?

11 psi +/- 1 psi at 3500 rpm (torque peak.) The cyclic valve (CV) dcreased the boost to 7.5 psi at 5,800 rpm. The boost curve on the 951S was modified to hold 11 psi from 3500 rpm to 5800 rpm, then decreasing.

If it was 4 psi, I doubt that they would have needed to bother with the intercooler!

hehe, that's what I figured. The thing is, I had a set of autothority chips and with my Boost gauge installed, I was making only 10 PSI!???

Did you install the jetted banjo bolt or use some other type of boost control? The 951's boost control is not in the chip.
