After trying several different scanners and printers, the problem of shrinkage has been resolved..at least on my printer. Attached are two 8.5x11 pages showing the cutout with paper edge alignment marks. When printing, turn off all auto page sizing, page numbers, date, title on bottom of page, etc. Just want to print the image as-is. On my printer I found it best to go to Black/White with best quality selected.

Here are some measurements to check the printouts against. Make sure you check the measurements BEFORE you cut. My first attempts to print the templet were TOOO SMALL compared to the original. I turned off all the auto page size options and it was very close.

Oval from end to end =9 5/32
Distance from edge of panel to oval ( measured at middle of oval)=1 7/64
Size of cutout, side to side = 1 15/16

Can you tell I just cut the grass on a windy day?

Here are the IC duct pics. First is how it looks without the IC in place.

Probably would have had each not shown something different. I believe in being thorough.

Yup, what about quadruplets?

I had a body shop do it a couple of years ago - I haven't had it off to look behind it yet but it is ducted in there.
