CAn you or the dealer stll interigate the DME for the limited functions they can on the Guru chips, or is it just possible using the standard ones?

Dealer plugged in his diagnostice machine to my car and got nothing.

Did he get a light indicating his test tool was working properly? You don't interigate these boxes. If they register a fault code it will be stored and you can get it out provided you do it right then in a blink code, but everytime you turn your car on and off the fault structure in the DME/KLR resets. IIRC all the 944 series are the same, not sure on the 968 diagnostics.
