Good work, someone is having fun figuring it out.
As far as using the KLR as an adjustable boost controller, you can reprogram the chip. But it's time consuming. Did anyone consider using a bleeder valve on the pressure supply line to the KLR.?Something like an MBC but instead of using it on the WG pressure line, use it on the KLR line.
When the KLR sees lower boost pressure, it'll alter the signal to the CV to raise boost. Obviously, you can increase boost over what is programmed into the KLR, but you cannot lower the programmed boost.
