As the title states, can we re-use the 205-4 gaskets or must they be changed every time.

You can, and I have in the past with varying degrees of success... I Just Buy them 10 at a time.. They are cheap... The biggest thing that I have found i that I hold the Flange on a grinding wheel FLAT... Its amazing how uneven the surface becomes esp around were the bolts go... So I Face the flanges and that is probably most important to prevent leaks..
