I did mine in 2000 along with repairing a nasty tear and there is no evidence of repair at this point. They might not be too comfortable working on one and that's understandable. Try these guys www.BumperPlugs.com here's the phone# 704-536-8830.

Hey Sam...Sorry I can't help you with the large caps but...I have a California car and was planning to get rid of the headlight washers too. I like dirty headlights.
