lol, my car fired up and i think the timing is a tooth off....hopefully will eventually get it figured out. I think you need to remove the reliaboost and turn it around. Then loosen the locknut between the blue and black arrow and that will allow the assembly to spin and to be adjusted, either out or in. I think you will want to go in (less threads showing) but i don't have the instructions in front of me to know for sure. When you get it where you want, lock down the nut between the blue and black arrow and go test it.

The picture in the original post has an INCORRECT installation. The original post pic has the ReliaBoost installed BACKWARDS. This will result in an overboost situation.

The knurled **** end connects to the CV or Wastegate (whichever you decide).

To raise boost simply turn the knurled **** clockwise, to lower boost turn the knurled **** counter clockwise.
