In the process of the replacing my belts after a stripped T belt. Realized that there is no timing belt idle roller on the car, or the mounting stud for the roller. Car ran fine without it, but i am beginning to think that the belt started slapping around too much because it wasnt in place and that is why it stripped. Do people run their cars without these? It would have been removed by the PO.
