Default Pulling my motor!!

Going the route of the sub frame and dropping it from underneath,

id rather not disconnect the rear diff, driveline, etc, so I’d like to know if anyone knows how far forward I’ll have to move the motor and clutch assembly to be able to lower it on the sub frame?

A little bit past your condenser so yo’ll have to remove all that. And remove the pulleys and belts. Then it will just barley clear with maybe 1mm on one side or the other at the perfect angle. Try not to damage your driveshaft tip. Good luck.

even if I drop it from the bottom?
I don’t see it hitting anything from the lower part of the front of the car

My bad yes all that and add remove the cap rotor and maybe the timing covers. Then you’ll probably still hit the headlight motor bar.

I can remove the cap and rotor for sure.

does it really need to come that far forward? That’s pretty nuts.

not saying your wrong by the way🤙. Just blows my mind I have to go that far forward

Did you check your other thread? I even took and posted a picture just for you!

It's roughly 6 inches, just pulled this engine on Saturday.
