High Idle When Cold

Default High Idle When Cold
My idle has been really good for a while, but all of a sudden it's high when the engine is cold. I'm guessing it's triggered by the colder weather. After the engine warms up the idle is perfect. Does this sound like a bad DME temp sensor, or harness?

What's high? And, what does the vacuum/boost guage show at cold start?
