Default Low boost issue solved?? Recirc/diverter valve?

I'm getting very close to finally getting this car running after about 12 years!(wow has it really been that long??), last time it ran it, it wouldn't boost over 10 psi, no matter what. (Tial WG, apexi EBC) even disconnected the WG, it had a k29 stuffed into a k27 housing, at this altitude it wasn't doing any favors. Anyway, took it half apart fixed stuff etc, and I just was putting the Recirc valve back in, it still had its original hoses (that it came with) and I could tell which way it was oriented. But then I was looking at it and seeing which way it opened. Hmmm, looks to me like boost would push the piston open and let boost by. Ah ha! is that it?

also does anyone know what brand Valve that is?

No idea what diverter valve that is but if you can breath through it the diaphragm is damaged and not doing it’s job.

What is the status of the $650 968 adjustable rear wing I sent you that you never paid for?
