I couldn't find any other obvious causes of the toe out I was seeing on the left side, so I went ahead and set the right bushing eccentric to the max caster position to match the left, and set the toe to zero on both sides. The steering wheel is now straight when the car is driving in a straight line, so problem solved. Thanks again for all the help.

Has anyone here ever used these: https://www.zoro.com/nord-lock-lock-...SABEgIGS_D_BwE

I've seen them advertised in Grassroots Motorsports, where they claim they will prevent nuts and bolts from backing out. Thanks.
