You would loosen the exhaust housing and rotate it. The problem is, is that if your crossover is lining up properly you won't be able to clock it and if you can it will be a very very small amount. I would try to see if there is any adjustment in the down pipe or the cat pipe to rotate it to the passenger side. I personally would not go beating a very expensive stainless exhaust.

I had a problem with the exhaust hitting the body. It ended up being the hangers not adjusted properly. I have 4" exhaust, so fitment is tight. Adjusted the hangers, sealed the leaks at connectings and away we go.
