What size are the rear torsion bars for a 1986 944 Turbo with the M474 package? I’m reading both 23.5mm and 24.5mm. Which is it for a 1986 944 Turbo with M474 option? What are the part numbers?

All had 23.5mm unless they were option M030 which had 24.5mm (up to 86) and 25.5mm (after 86) or unless it was a Turbo S (M758) which also had 25.5mm. Afaik M474 didn’t include upgraded torsion bars. All the info you will ever need is in the Porsche PET (page 170 rear suspension).

Thank you! I attached a price list that someone sent me, and it indicates that the M030 option was not available on the 1986 944 Turbo. Is it safe to assume that all 1986 944 Turbos came with 23.5mm torsion bars?
