Default Idle Control Valve leaks

I sealed my ICV with JB Weld and epoxy 3 times and it is leaking badly out of the electrical connector again this year. What is the best solution? It looks like even new Bosch ones can leak or start to in a few months. Should I get a used ebay one for ~$40-50, seal it and hope it works. The cheapest new one I can find is $263 shipped from Sonnen. Or there are cheap ebay 2H1099 ones for $32 that claim the same part number https://www.ebay.com/itm/2H1099-Idle...8AAOSwGplcULs4

I'll probably JB Weld whatever I get. It's tough to seal around the pins in the connector without getting it all over the pins, but maybe I just need to put more in there? I used 5 min epoxy around the connector instead of JB Weld, maybe it couldn't handle the heat as well. I was too conservative the first time and I don't think I can seal up mine better around the epoxy that's already there now.

Liquid electrical tape. Try using that.

Mine has stayed leak free since putting in the new seals.
