Thanks everyone, I thought it was easy (relitively). Replacing the rotor wont knock it our of timing will it?

No, timing is determined by the DME computer which picks its trigger signal off the flywheel. The distributor rotor just takes care of picking up the correct plug-wire to send the spark to, hence it 'distributes' the spark amongst the 4 wires in the proper sequence. The computer doesn't even know or care which cylinder's being fired off.

I do not have any experience with this but I wanted to make sure you know you will need the cam trigger for this to work.
