Can anyone help me identify this diffy please

Markings
4061006409
484061 S40

I think it's out of a 951, but am not sure .. it came with a horde of parts from someone else's abaondoned project

A fella on Facebook sorted it out for me, cheers

It is a ZF unit, 2 friction plate, Salisbury Clutch type assembly.

The abandoned project included bits from a TurboS, and the diff is indeed from a 944 Turbo S (same as 944S2 LSD option. I'm assuming all the turbos after TurboS as well)

Dimi in MD knew all about them
