mslovak1,
John D is very clear about copyright infringement. Just say "PM me" and have private discussions. Sorry, but he has been contacted by Porsche about links, etc. I just want to make sure he doesn't have any problems.

944Willie,
Welcome. You will find "hands on" information from the folks here as well as info according to the manual. As previously stated, the manuals are good reference guides. Enjoy your car, it is a wonderful machine!

Hi Tom,

Do you have a contact/URL/email-address for that course?

Thanks.

Karl.

Unfortunately, Garrity is no longer in the business. Bruce Anderson (and Jerry Woods) are still holding their 911 rebuild classes. See

www.911handbook.com

Jerry Woods actually does the mechanical instruction and Bruce Anderson gives background and history about Porsche racing. The class was very well developed, and supported with Bruce Anderson's ample written materials (his book, checklists, specs, etc.) Garrity's class was for the 951 motor and was great, but not supported with reference materials. I am not aware of any 944/951 specific engine classes now that Garrity stopped (I think I was in his one and only class anyway). Perhaps that is a void that some able lister should fill.

FSAEracer03 I am a member and have been for for a while. I didn't think you could post if you were not a member. Is this incorrect?

Hello,

About the copyright mention above:
I bought these CD's through Ebay, I think Ebay has rules on selling copyright'd stuff?
So if they let it sell, I feel safe about them. Let me know otherwise.
