Just replace my wastegate w/ a 38mm Tail and didnt need to drill out any bolts or add holes. Disconnect both pipes to wg and hose at top, then unbolt from bracket, and remove. After removal than you can disconnect bracket you (no longer need). I did have to change brackets attached to wg from SFR to match and add spacer to bracket on wg to clear and extend hose to reach top. Removal was a pain but to install new was a snap.
