Default regular and turbo stat tempuratures

I'm doing my belts water pump main seal pump gear and while i'm at it cam tower gaskets hope i don't have any more while i'm at its. I have a new 80 degree main thermostat and a new 83 degree turbo stat will I have any problems with a 3 degree difference, will my turbo stat still open and allow the turbo pump to pump coolant or will that 3 degrees cause my turbo to cook and shoot impeller parts into my ceramic coated exhaust ports?

3 deg. won't make any difference. You could block water off turbo alltogether and it would still work just fine. Water just super extends turbine life.

The exhaust ports are not ceramic coated, the exhaust port itself is ceramic. And you should be fine.
