Default Rear Parking Brake

I started working on my list of repair items on the car and I was trying to get the parking brake to set. The cable seemed good until I traced it back to the passenger side and found that I could almost pull the cable completely out. I took the wheel off, removed the caliper and rotor only to find that I may be missing some parts.

Show which parts you have. I may have some spare mechanisms for that.

All I have is the rotor and caliper, everything pertaining to the parking brake is missing, I thought it was just a bad cable, but it turns out the cable was just one of the thing wrong with the e-brake.
I will hopefully get the parts from Lart if he has them available.
