I just finished a 3 minute fix to my antenna booster that has allowed me to listen to FM and AM. I searched the forum and found a thread that discussed a common problem with after market reciever installation, and after a few minutes, voila. This is a wonderful site filled with great information. Thank you for all of your posts

The fix is to attach the blue (usually) wire from the CD/reciever to the black wire bundled with the antenna wire. The blue wire may have "antenna power" or "antenna motor" writen on it. The PO must have paid a fortune to try and fix the problem because there were two antenna boosters behind the deck at $150 a peice. I just removed them, disconnected the black wire from the ground and connected the wire to the 12V. Now I can listen to all of the top 40 stations in Philly, lucky me. You may see a post from me in two weeks telling you how to remove the wire again.
