Wow these other options make the replacement stock part look like a toy from the dollar store!

The only problem with the plastic valves is when they crack or break is their location. Porsche in their infinite wisdom placed the valve above the window to determine where TDC is located. So when the valve starts to drip coolant it does it through the window and on to your fly wheel and clutch. Shortening the life of the clutch. Ask me how I know.

What did you end up doing when you had this issue? I am feeling like I should do something now before it comes back to bite me later.
