I stuck to my guns not wanting a 951 project car and we looked at 5 of them. One in Toledo a 89 951 was a fablous car white low miles 74K I think and he wanted $16k for it. It was worth it, but I found a wonderful red 88 951 in Indiana and we paid $8k for it and then dropped another $3k in a clutch and some other stuff so it brings it to a $11k car. That said I looked at some pretty poor cars in the $7-$8 K range. So being one that spent all summer looking for one I think I looked at all with in 150 miles of me. So I think just waiting for the guy who has looked at some junk will let him get the price. That guy is out ther he just needs to be found.

Wow! You guys are making me not want to sale! I have owned two 951's and a 911, so I like to trade around and keep something different. I appreciate all of your great comments and I really do not have to sale so I will hold out on my price. I know the car I have I think it is worth every penny. Also, if it does not sale it will continue to give me joy!

Does anyone know any "great" web-sites catering to Porsche's for sale?

You have a great car period. Hold out for your price. You will get it.

UDPride There are lots of 944T owners (like myself) who could afford 911 and chose not too. Cost is not the reason.

I have tried to list this under the classified section, but with no luck. I received a listing number by e-mail, but still no ad. Any help is appreciated!

Great looking car at a logical price for the U.S. market.

If you don't need to sell it then put it in the garage and forget about it for 6 months, only drive the Boxster. Then in July take the 951 out and drive it. Then sell the Boxster.

that is a fair price for a good car, lots of junk out there for sure.
If you werent so far away I know a local buyer desperate for a nice S, but they are hard to find.
