Default Feeler: Thinking of selling 1989 Turbo S

I'm getting my 951 ready to sell and would like to hear your thoughts/ opinions on what it may be worth.

Body is mostly good with a few dings here and there and some minor damage to the rear passenger side fender. It needs paint but it looks pretty decent when its clean.
This car has been a reliable daily driver for the 7 years I've had it and it has also done great at the track events we've been to.

Engine:
rebuilt at 246,000 (the car itself has 285,000 miles)
teflon crank scraper and windage tray
9R camshaft from 924s (+1mm lift on exhaust)
k27-6 turbo rebuilt shortly after engine
3" stainless steel lindsey racing exhaust with 3" downpipe (I will include the stock exhaust as well)
Weltmeister chips
tial 38mm wastegate
930 clutch
AC delete
nissan quest alternator swap
no leaks
black **** manual boost controller 15psi
MSD blaster coil
new distributor cap and rotor with new spark plug wires from lindsey racing
extra air passages machined between 1 & 2 main and 3 & 4 main to prevent oil starvation on #2 rod bearing
cam cover recently rebuilt with all new gaskets and seals

Suspension:
rebuilt m030 koni front struts with 2.5" 300lb springs and ground control camber plates
968 m030 sway bars with billet mounts and adjustable end links in rear
9" x 17" cup 2 wheels all around
kla strut brace

Interior:
Autopower rollbar
fire extinguisher
gauge panel with AFR gauge, boost gauge, boost controller, and USB port
manual sunroof
eye bolts for 5 point harnesses on passenger and driver side

Wonderful example. I'm also curious to know it's value.

i won’t low ball and I’ll probably will pay you more than the regular buyer. Isn’t collectible with that many miles anymore. Just to put it into perspective I Purchased a 89 TS with a roll bar and other mods for 6800.00 with 220k mikes
