Broken camber plate bolt

i did it and screwed up the front left bolt on the upper strut mount plate on the passenger side. can i drill it out and put a bolt and in there or am i going to need to spend 500 bucks on a new plate(pelican parts). this is getting annoying...any time i try to fix something something else breaks, lol
what are the tourqe specs on those nuts anyway? thanks guys!

I find that by using a short handle 3/8" drive ratchet I tend to not over tighten small nuts. I'm talking about a 5" long ratchet. Of course I follow that with a torque wrench. Since I started using the short wrench for the initial tightening sequence I haven't broken a bolt or stripped a nut.
