How do you set the initial adjustment on the Lindsey manual boost control?
The instructions suggest all the way clockwise is minimum boost (I have a stock single port WG); however, I keep turning it but it has no dead stop?
At one point, I heard a 'click' sound. Did I break it?
There seems to be no dead stop in either direction. If this is correct (and it's not broken), how can I install it 'all the way clockwise'? I would like to start with the lowest setting.

I sent them an email, but I suspect the preference is old school phone call lol
I spoke with Dave. He suggests that there is no full stop and that it will reach a limit then skip or reset (ie. the sound and feel of a spring releasing tension).
It seeems that there is a very limited amount of total turns for adjustment and the best is to simply install it, drive, and watch / adjust boost accordingly.
Good to know. This info isn't in the instructions that come with it; if you are going to install one of these, I suggest ignoring the 'all the way' clockwise / counterclockwise instruction.

I found mine to be tricky to adjust as well. I thought it was almost completely backed off but it was way higher boost than I was prepared for. Luckily I was dialing mine in on a dyno so I kept backing it off until I was at the 8psi of spring pressure then went forward 1/8 of a turn at a time to get where I wanted. If you are doing this on the road I'd suggest somewhere with no traffic so you can do easy frequent stops.

Just tested my spare regulator, definitely a solid end stop for anti-clockwise adjustment.
Clockwise, after about 15 turns you should hear the spring click once every turn.
Mind you these are old regulators and they may have changed supplier since I bought mine.
