Hmm.. Tim said "The crossover pipe should feed into the bottom of the Tial wastegate"...
I installed it with head up today and got a little frightend when boost rises over 1,8bar![EEK!](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif)
Tomorrow i will turn it and look what happens...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but even if you install everything correctly, you're still going to have fairly high boost (maybe that's the plan) if you go through the CV. The stock system using the CV has a 0.3 bar wastegate spring

The body of the tial should be up close to the torque tube when its on right. O/over should feed the bottom as said. The body og the tial should be very close to the torque tube, mine interferes with the stock WG hanger

Turbotommy is right... my spring-rate is to high to use it with the cv... now i will use an mbc to adjust the tial to the desired boost-rate...
Does anybody want to sell his MBC or maybe a Profec B ? I will pay shipping for delivery to germany....

All WG except stock works against exhaust pressure. It will still be able to open, due to the large diameter membrane compared to the small diameter valve. However the spring setting must be slightly weaker.
The picture shows how a Deltagate open inwards. This means that if it is positioned as stock the exhaust pressure will help keep the valve shut. I believe the Tial is similar.
