I bought the bracket from Clubsport.nl in Holland. You can also get one from Custom-Concepts in Holland as well. The brackets are not cheap. I thought about fabricating one locally, but decided to pay the extra to save time. The quality was excellent, and fitment only required some minor
I use a C30-94 Rotrex. I have used a 100mm pulley (which only gave 3-4 psi boost) and 85mm pulley (currently provides about 7psi). If you want 6psi, then 90mm would be the go.

Thanks Eric... I haven't done a much research on the s2 yet, but on my 928 s4 I used a sharktuner to to dial in the fuel injection ecu. Is there something like this for the 944 and or s2? I have not decided weather I will go low boost non intercooled or go higher and intercool like yours. How are the rods on this car?? I know the 968 rods are weak!! how much hp can they handle? Thanks... Victor

I have the stock rods - no problem so far. I have been contemplating upping these to Pauter rods or similar at the end of the year. I am actually more concerned about the pistons though - specifically ring land damage or cylinder scoring. I plan to strip the engine down at the end of the year to replace the rod bearings, and sump gasket, some other oil seals, etc, and at this time get the pistons crowns ceramic coated.
At present I'm running a fuel additive to boost the RON level to 100 (about 97 in US speak). This helps reduce the knock count on the track and helps prevent piston damage. On the road there is very little knock.

Starting to get some stuff together for the DIY maf conversion. Just built this piggy back voltage interceptor to adjust the maf to match the afm curve.

Eric, just an idea: if your boost increases like that at the top end, does it suggest that your exhaust is a bit constrictive?
Carl Fausett always mentions that the supercharger is the pump, the engine and exhaust are the restriction - so mods that reduce backpressure (increase "flow") from the engine and exhaust result in lower boost but higher power.
Thoughts?

Mike - it could very well be a combination of exhaust and the cylinder head restriction. The 968 head seems to work a bit better as the intake valves are 1mm larger and the intake perhaps more efficient. I suspect with a better exhaust, headers, some headwork and bigger/better injectors. I could get the power up from 240rwhp to around 300rwhp. Once I get the MAF on I'll get it dyno'd again to see how much difference it makes.
I'm also looking at a cat delete pipe, so might dyno it with this mod as well.
