I thought we had this one fixed by replacing the temp. sensor because I got it started by heating it up with a heat gun,
I got a new sensor same deal.so I'm back to square one any suggestions? It's got fuel and spark but will not start when it gets
below 45 deg. F.

How do you know this? Did you verify fuel spray at each injector and spark at each plug while cranking?
