No such thing as a factory widebody on a 944. On a 911, yes, option code M491 as theporscheguy can tell you!
However, it appears he put Turbo rocker trim on it.
Rarest part of that car is what appears to be a Foha front spoiler, painted body color. If that is original to the car, the rear valence probably is original as well, and possibly the rockers. (Original as in ordered from the Accessories catalog). Rocker trim and front lip would be black though.
I've read at least one 944 was built by Sonderwunsch to have a 'Turbo Look' - but that doesn't do anything to the fenders. 'Turbo Look' is what option M491 does to the 911.
If you were a race team you could order a 944 GTR, which is a 'factory widebody' in the loosest sense of the term.
