Finally bought my dream car and it came w/ some extras!

I've been a lurker on here for a long time and have always dreamed of owning a mid 80's 944. Something about the car has always sparked interest in me. So a few weeks ago I pulled the trigger and found my dream car.
I was surprised at not only the condition but the price ($2500). So after a few phone calls I went to look at it and fell in love. The older gentleman who had it only owned the car for an few months (red flags) but his reasoning was sound and upon arriving at his house it all made sense.
It was an older gentleman, probably late 50's, whom had just bought the car from a younger guy. The PO had lowered the car, painted the phone dial rims, added orange "highlights" to the car and had it painted at a $300 paint shop. It was not his cup of tea and he is an original/stock guy. So what do you do when you buy a 944 and it doesn't suit you....he went and bought a 911. Absolutely beautiful car and because of that beautiful car I was able to drive this one off cheap.
129k miles, runs good and has a bunch of new parts not only on it but that came with it. The younger PO had bought duplicates of everything he bought.
I've researched though this great site and because of that I've pretty much narrowed down everything in the picture and checked it on the car to see if it's been replaced. All belts, DME, reference and speed sensor, water pump and I also just changed the transmission fluid (MT90), plugs (Bosch copper), air filter and oil (5-50) although that was clean as could be.
My only hang ups are the clutch will need to be replaced, someone ran 3" stainless all the way back from the headers and added a Magnaflow...she's too loud, cold air intake which I've read is worse than stock on these cars because of proximity to the engine, and there's a slight hesitation when acceleration but I'm thinking that's the clutch slipping.
Here's a few pictures of some of the parts-

I'll add some of the car shortly. It's hard to do on mobile.
