Hello.my radiator cooling fan only works when i push very hard on the relay (the metallic one).is the relay failing?maybe a wire is loose?.does anyone have any ideas on what is goin on?.what should i do?

Greg, check Clarks Garage writeup on fans/relay. Also you can take the cover off the relay box and check the relays inside, search rennlist for more info.

X100 ^^ You can also spread the prongs slightly to make better contact in the fuse/relay panel.

The relay contacts get burned and fail to make contact, either replace it or open it and bend the contacts a very small amount.
