Post car barely turns over, dirty fuel lines?

got in the car this morning and turned over just fine but as i was pulling out only 2 mins later it dies. so i try turning over again, one little but of time then it dies. same thing over and over again. my thought was since i was almost out of gas before this happened was that i sucked up some filth in the tank and its now clogged. would this be a good guess or am i off. if this sounds right anyone know how i can clean them out so i can get my car running without having it towed somewhere?

This sounds definitely like you have a bad DME relay. The old (stock) ones were made too poorly for heat dissipation and led to failure. The relays are about $35 at Porsche or anywhere else ($28). Not a big deal and a quick repair. The new ones are a 968.XXXXXX part number which fixed the heat problem by making the relay taller.
