Hi,

I hear this "Strange Harmonic Whooing Sound" when I accelerate. It has gradually gotten worse..
I would only hear it for maybe a second, Now it last longer.. it seems to come fromunder the car, I can`t feel much in the shift lever when this occurs.
The sound is not really dependent what gear the car is in and it has happened during down shifting as well.

I beleive I even heard the sound at a stop light just tapping the throttle in neutral.

The car seems to run okay .. except for this Strange Harmonic Whooing Sound..

I have had a new timing belt; rollers the works !!
it was not making the sound until recently.

Perhaps a bearing is going out ..
