I'm selling my '86 944. It's in great mechanical shape and is still a head turner!!! Interior is like new (including dash... no cracks). No rips in seats. I've spent many hours pampering this baby (ask the wife:-)
Need money to help pay-off new '89 951 purchase (and calm down the wife). Here's a run down of it:

- Completely stock (never mod'd)
- 5-speed
- Guards Red/Blk Leather
- Phone Dials (excellant shape)
- Tires 85% left (Bridgestones)
- New A/C Condensor (blows ice cold)
- Cruise
- Rear wiper
- Factory sunroof
- drivers electric seat
- Sony detachable CD player
- Factory locking alarm

- Brakes done last fall
- Recent belt(s) job (good for another 30K)
- Original Porsche Air Compressor
- Original spare and jack
- Fairly recent clutch and water pump
- Porsche Bra
- I have all maintence records from myself and previous owner.
- Car was purchased and has been in Tennesse prior to my purchasing it in 5/00.
- I have a clean CarFax report on it and will e-mail it if your interested.
- Always Mobil 1

This car has been stored winters with a cover. Never abused, has been driven to work during summers (~3 1/2 months in Michigan). I recently drove this to Colorado and back to pick up '89 951 early this month and it ran like a top through out the entire trip. I even had one guy try to buy it from me while I was out there, just couldn't come up with the money in the 2 days I was there (shucks).

This is not a disappointer!! It is extremelly solid mechanically and you will be able to drive this for many miles without any major repairs.

I thought that this goes without saying, but a couple of people have already e-mail'd me and said that the car looks like a good deal but the price is a "little" too high. Well fellas, I'll let you in on a little secret (not really)... THE PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE.

Make an offer!! When's the last time someone got was they was asking for on a car???? Not that I would mind it <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" />

Just bought an 87 944 NA with 40K original miles from the original owner with all documentation for $6500.
A steal yes, but I would also be asking more if I were selling the car...Get as much as you can get for it! And put it towards a 951...or 968 I suppose....
As long it's front-engined, water-cooled, sounds good to me!

Not at all. I thought your comment was positive (that's how I took it anyway ). I know there are going to be those people that say "hey your nuts if you think that your going to get that much for the car". You always have people that think they know more about things than you, in this car my local car market. That's life and you have to expect replies like that when you post cars on sites like this. I just figure that part of life and I just roll with the punches and keep smiling <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[burnout]" />
