Looking for a great track car?
1986 944 Turbo, Red on Linen/Black interior.
Complete engine rebuild (129k on Chassis, 3k on engine)
Ported and Polished head
Custom intercooler hard pipes
SFR stage 3 Turbo with #8 hot house
Turbonetics blow-off valve venting to atmosphere
4" Custom 0 restriction intake with K&N cone filter
Electromotive TEC-III engine controls
Custom crank sensor mount, coil mount, etc.
82 pound fuel injectors (will support 23+ psi boost)
New control arms
New power steering rack (1 hose leaks slightly)
New tie rod ends with grease fittings
7&8 16" Fuchs with almost new Dunlop Sport 8000's
Complete interior with AC working cold, all else works.
88 turbo S tranny with LSD
New clutch (powerfiction), Pressure plate, throw out bearing (3k on it)
Oil pan baffle updated
968 Style Radio antenna
Manual boost controller
Tial waste gate
Car is an amazing performer, looks totally stock from the outside. Get in, step on the gas, and you'll see that the car has been modified. Revs fast, huge amount of pickup, still gets decent gas mileage. I use the car as a daily driver now, but car doubles as a nice track car. Drive this car to the track, turn the boost up, compete, turn the boost back down and drive home. Mechanically this car is close to 100%, interior is a 7 or 8 out of 10. (New aftermarket carpet, some switches replaced, everything works, AC blows cold.) Exterior the car is a 7 out of 10 (due to the chips and such). Windscreen has a couple small chips.
