Timing belt job help!
I have never done a timing belt before. I have the timing belt, balance shaft belt, water pump, and thermostat.
1.I am wondering if someone in the bay area could help me. I live in hayward.
2.Does anyone have the arnnworx tools such as the wrench, 920x or 9201 and flywheel lock? It would be great if I could borrow them or buy them.
3. Do I need any other parts? Or do I find out when I have it apart.? Thinking of at least getting front seals.

May have better luck on the 924/44/68 forum. The only real difference between the 944 S2 WP/TB job and any other 944 is the flywheel lock is different. Your first time will probably take all day. After that it's a 3-4 hour or less job.

Ive just finished the job and I have the tools. I also have a Krikit. Ive got a 1986 NA. Not sure what you car is. I live in Scottsdale, AZ. I would buy the tools from Arnworx. Best investment as it will save you untold hours of headache doing it right. Make sure you replace all the adjuster and idler pulleys too. They will seize in time and take out the belts just as easy as a siezed pump.
