camshaft repair

can this 944 S exhaust camshaft be repaired? also is does the head bearing needs to be regrind?

A experienced machine shop should be able to repair the cam. And yes I would have the cap and head reground as well.

What is the process for regrinding the head and cap surfaces? Is it a full on decking of the head's top and line honing all of the bearing surfaces?
