i just baught off of my dads carlot a 1985 porsche 944 thats mint, the car sat on my dads carlot for 8 months, and now it wont start. ive looked it over and determined it has no spark comming from the coil.. i need ideas on what to check or look for next, thankyou

Is it early or late 85?

Make sure the reference sensors are plugged in tight. Disconnect and Reconnect them... Might help, as they will cause a no spark situation.
