I dont mean to hog the forum. I never operated my moonroof cause the prievious owner said it didnt work, thought it was the motor. so i never opened it. I could hear the relays when hitting the swith to open and close it. so i opened it manually. took the roof off put it back on the closed it, so the next morning i drove it and by accident i pushed the moonroof button and it opened, and closed but not consistantly, it seems like only when i drive . Could this be a switch issue? clean the connections ? a short ? gremlins? lol dont think it a gear, or motor, or cable.
